Please note that all garments in our shop’s inventory are vintage (or secondhand), meaning they may show different signs of natural fading and overall wear. We make an effort to highlight every detail and flaw in each product's listing photos to ensure a transparent shopping experience for you.
Your satisfaction is our main focus at ThreadCount, but please note that all sales are final. We do not currently offer returns, refunds, or exchanges of any kind.

At ThreadCount, we do our best to send out all orders in a timely and respectful manner. Please note that carrier shipping costs will vary depending on the weight of your order and your location.

Once fulfilled, orders may not be modified or canceled for any reason. Accurate measurements and garment details are provided in each description accordingly.
ThreadCount is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages as we do not have control over your items once they are dropped off. If issues arise, any claims must be made directly to the appropriate shipping carrier.
