At ThreadCount, we do our best to send out all orders in a timely and respectful manner. Please note that carrier shipping costs will vary depending on the weight of your order and your location.

Shipping Option : USPS Ground Advantage

• Applicable to orders weighing under 16 ounces
• Delivery time: 2-6 business days
• Handling time: 1-2 business days 

Once fulfilled, orders may not be modified or canceled for any reason. Accurate measurements and garment details are provided in each description accordingly.

ThreadCount is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages as we do not have control over your items once they are dropped off. If issues arise, any claims must be made directly to the appropriate shipping carrier.

*Please note: Any orders completed with an invalid shipping address will be contacted via email to correct the mistake. Failure to respond within 1-2 business days will result in your order being canceled and refunded. Also, any orders placed outside the United States will be subject to cancellation as international shipping is not permitted.
