Let me bring you back to when the inspiration for my vintage store began. The early days of ThreadCount Vintage Co. started in 2016 when I was just beginning high school. Adjusting to the change in fashion brought something that nothing else could – expression of self without the need of a voice. Clothes allowed for a means of artistic expression, a political statement, an affiliation to my somewhat-favorite sports teams, and much more to overall display the mood of each day and the feelings brought about. Mix growing up shopping secondhand and thrift stores with the love for old menswear and you get a passion turned business. Years later, ThreadCount was officially established in May of 2021.

Over time, the focus shifted from mere collecting to a purpose-driven pursuit of supplying top-notch vintage garments to their new owners. Repurposing overlooked or most times neglected pieces of clothing to combat the environmental harm of 'fast fashion' is also a main priority of ours. While some may see trash, I can see the value in the condition.

ThreadCount specializes in providing its customers with the best curation of 1920s through 1990s premium vintage garments all while teaching the environmental and wellness benefits of wearing and promoting vintage fashion itself.

Promise Of Quality

The quality of our products here at ThreadCount are close to none. Each garment is gently treated and washed with delicacy to preserve fiber content and ensure wearability for decades to come. As years go by, the cotton and other blends that these vintage clothes are spun of can begin to thin or shrink. Because of this, proper washing and up-keeping methods are very important to our shop.

All of our vintage clothes are laundered through an according wash with natural softeners before being shipped to you, so no need to worry of harsh chemicals, odors, or common stains.
