ThreadCount is a curated vintage store based in Northwest Indiana that specializes in sourcing the highest quality selection of vintage for friendly prices, while also showcasing sometimes lost or forgotten cultural pieces of our history.

What does ThreadCount stand for?

ThreadCount stands for complete stylistic expression through vintage clothing and recycled garments, regardless of the next man. Your confidence is in your clothes.

How long does it take to ship my order?

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and delivered to you within 2 to 6 business days.

Is Free Shipping available?

Free Shipping is available for any U.S. orders of $100 & up.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept all the major credit cards at checkout, as well as Paypal and Apple Pay.

Can I cancel my order?

All orders can be cancelled up to 30 minutes after your initial checkout.

Can I return a product?

All sales are final once purchased; no refunds or exchanges will be permitted. Unless in the rare instance you receive the wrong item; please contact info@threadcount-us.com.

Is each garment washed and laundered?

Yes. Each garment is washed and treated with utmost care before packaging. Good smells only.

Can I sell my old clothes to you?

Yes, you can. Instead of trashing your highschool sweaters and not-so-proud disco night shirts, reach out to us at info@threadcount-us.com with your name, a valid U.S. street address, number of items, item pictures, and era of items. You will be contacted to determine further steps if your items are something of interest.

Exact measurements are provided for each garment in the product description accordingly. If you have further requests, feel free to contact me with any questions!
